User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information promptly
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use another person's account without permission
• Sell, transfer, or assign your account to others
• Create accounts using automated means or false information

Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Prices may vary based on service packages and promotional offers
• Payment must be completed before service delivery
• We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways

Refund Policy

• DMIT Analysis: Refund available only if service is not delivered within 7 days
• Career Counseling: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session
• Online Courses: Refund available within 7 days if less than 20% content accessed
• Study Materials: Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use services only for lawful educational purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights of content creators
• Provide honest and accurate information in assessments
• Maintain respectful communication with staff and other users
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Usage Restrictions

Nature of Service

Our Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) service:

• Uses scientific fingerprint analysis to identify potential strengths and learning styles
• Provides guidance based on dermatoglyphics research and multiple intelligence theory
• Results are indicative and should be used as one tool among many for decision-making
• Reports are prepared by trained analysts and reviewed by certified counselors
• Follow-up consultations are recommended for comprehensive understanding

Consent and Privacy

• Written parental consent is mandatory for students under 18 years
• Fingerprint data is collected solely for analysis purposes
• All biometric data is stored securely and never shared with third parties
• You have the right to request deletion of your biometric data
• DMIT reports remain confidential and are shared only with authorized individuals

Termination

By EduProbe

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You misuse or abuse our platform or services
• Payment issues or disputes remain unresolved
• Your account remains inactive for extended periods

Effect of Termination

• Your access to services will be immediately revoked

• Completed services (like DMIT reports) may remain accessible for a limited period
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy
• Outstanding payments remain due even after termination

Modifications to Terms

EduProbe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time:

• Significant changes will be notified via email or website announcement
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Venue: Courts of Haldwani, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction
